Refund policy
1. Return Window:
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
* Defective/Wrong Items: In accordance with Indian Law, if you receive a defective, damaged, or "not as described" product, we are committed to accepting the return and providing a replacement or full refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure:
* The item is in its original condition, unworn, and unused.
* All original tags are intact and the item is in its original packaging.
* You have the Invoice/GST Bill or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is acknowledged (within 48 hours), we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
4. Non-Returnable Items
As per standard Indian retail practices, the following cannot be returned:
* Customized/Personalized items (e.g., custom-stitched blouses or monogrammed handlooms).
* Sale Items: Items purchased during "Final Sale" or "Clearance" (unless defective).
* Gift Cards.
4. Refunds & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
* Approval: Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.
* Timeline: In compliance with RBI guidelines, refunds typically reflect in your account within 7–10 business days.
* Delay: If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at diluhandlooms@gmail.com.
5. Note on Handlooms
Please note that many of our products are handcrafted. Minor irregularities in weave or color are a characteristic of authentic handloom products and are not considered "defects."
